I really want to diss the misinformation that has been abundant of late regarding the disaster at the Massey mines, but, for now, I will leave that to my weekend rant.
I am so happy to have my grandson here after five weeks of not seeing him (and, yes, I had a blast going to Seattle by train, and blogging about it, including spending my 58th birthday on the trip), and I am so listening to Hiromi jazz music at the moment (lol), but come on, let's be real. Massey prevented union organization, and spent tons of dollars to keep those mine workers in poverty and beholding to him, the mother fucker. If you want to go all right wing on this, I say string Blankenship up. Shoot me, if I am on the wrong side of this massive fuck up.
