A place to enjoy good music, drink in some knowledge, and watch a little sports. Where there is always food for thought, topped with choice grillings of right wing talking points.
I don't have a bank account, and haven't in almost ten years. I won't give them the satisfaction of using my money. But for those of you that do, tomorrow is "Move Your Money" day. Just click on the link above for more information.

I actually left the big banks back in 2007 and went to a credit union. I also moved my investment accounts from Goldman and JP Morgan to Linsco Private Ledger. On this we agree.
Political apathy, definitely. That really set in over the past few years. Also, my shrink doesn't like me to get too excited. Creatively, though, I feel very positive.
I made a video protest recently for my blog. It is quite funny even if you are pro-megabank. I called my credit card's customer service line to do some negotiating. Having a bit of leverage, I thought it presented a great opportunity to mess with them a little and make a few points about the unfairness of the credit card lending system. Since it's a protest at home, I called it my kitchen counterstrike against Bank of America. I think you might enjoy it. http://www.ragingwisdom.com/?p=508

I can't be bothered. It won't make me feel righteous.
Ah, a little apathy is what I would expect of you, Bob, as usual. If it takes more than a few steps, ya ain't gonna move your body in any direction!

Very funny video. Intelligent way to get a point across, even if the "human shield" didn't really understand the language!!!!
