I am so blown away about this news that I really am jumping up and down and calling everyone I know! As for the blogosphere, probably, only Tony, knows more than everyone else.
As of January 2010, I have been informed by my best bud that he and I will be the full owners of the co-op we have held together for 9 years. Tony knows where it is, since it is the same place he last dropped me off to visit Steve back in 2000, and we now own the penthouse suite, go figure!
Makes retiring in NYC just a tad more interesting!
