Lego's Are Not Always For Kids

277 pieces later ... boy, I need a new back! It took us over two hours (my grandson [5, almost 6] and I) to put this thing together. We also bought a children's Monopoly game, which actually was fun to play ... so much so he cried when he left and I ended up putting it in the bag to go home with his mom (grins). At least he won't touch my old school Monopoly game anymore(which is still missing two green houses, damn it).

WOW Mel, now that's impressive. I spent many an hour putting legos together with my nephews. Unless someone has done it, they have no idea how time consuming they can be, but more importantly how truly fun those hours are with the kids. Nothing in life can replace the smile and laughter from a child. Those are the moments we all live for. BTW, I'm a great-uncle now. My great-niece, Sarina Grace is 6 months old.
