Bringing Obama's approval rating from the 70s to the low 40s was quite an accomplishment. One of Rahm's job was to make sure that the first two years of the Obama administration didn't mimic the first two years of Clinton. Great job with that.
My prayers will so be answered if the very first presidential decision that Obama made (hiring Rahm Emanuel as his chief of staff) is finally a bad experiment that is ending. Obama cannot possibly have a deaf ear as to what many Democrats feel about Emanuel's impact on this presidency, and he would be a fool to not replace Emanuel FINALLY with someone that actually has a pulse (and one that is on the real Americans that the President is supposed to represent).
