DOMA Ruling Today

Ok, so I know that a federal district court in Boston made an important ruling on DOMA. But, remember, the Obama DOJ has been filing briefs in SUPPORT of this act, (not going to link to all the previous posts, you all know what they are). So, is the Obama DOJ going to AGAIN appeal this ruling????
