Prop 16 And 17 Are Toast

When I went to bed last night, the Mercury Insurance backed initiative (Prop 17) was projected as a Yes, along with PG&E's backed initiative (Prop 16).

However, as of this morning, both have flipped to the NO column! All I can say is HALLELUJAH!
