I am pretty sure this is from "Meet Me In St. Louis." Don't really have the time to check, but I recognize the setting, and the actresses (well, duh, Judy, but of course the little Margaret O'Brien).
Ok, so I did check, damn it, and I was right. 1944 film ... man, I guess I really do remember my movies!
