Barack Obama Can Suck My Big Dildo

With Obama's vote on the FISA legislation today, he pretty much cemented the fact that I will stay home this coming November and not vote for a presidential candidate. I cannot, and will not, support someone who so brazenly discounts the basic civil liberties this country was founded upon, and which the Constitution of the United States stands for.

The country is in the tank, anyway. Not to mention the state of the world, which is very much in crisis mode. The sooner it all comes crashing down, the sooner sane people can start to build this world back up.

For now, I'm done with the presidential election, including any posts relating to it.

I will, however, continue to participate in the ActBlue netroots group that funds money to REAL Democrats, and helps fund critical races so that we can put out to pasture the FAKE Democrats (along with their Republican counterparts). It would be nice to have a legislative body that actually gave a shit about the Americans that elected it, to serve the Americans as it was designed to do. Unfortunately, it has become a corporate world, and ordinary citizens, millions and millions of them across the globe, are starving, homeless, under threat of violence from roving armies, gangs, thugs and politicians, and basically have no rights.

One could almost say ... the world is coming to an end. Soon, at your neighborhood theater.

I'm sorry your candidate let you down. It shouldn't be unexpected. Sometimes my candidate does things I don't like too, but that is the way things are. The political machine often dictates what the candidate does. The name of the game is to win. Obama had to vote in a way the majority would like, not the way the fringe groups of the party would like. Like it or not, your views are not the views of a majority of Americans. I will still be voting for John McCain in the November election. Now we are one vote closer to the White House!

You are assuming that Obama was my candidate. You forget I am not a Republican or a Democrat, and I was not interested in either Hillary, Obama or McCain. What I cannot stand is the lies that Obama told, and that is why I am not putting forth my vote in the upcoming election. I am still very much interested in stacking congress with progressives, and will continue to help replace defective Democrats and Republicans who do not support the Constitution of the United States. That was the point of the post, which apparently went over your head.

Didn't assume Obama was your candidate. Your previous posts showed your support of Obama. I understood your point in this post. I simply pointed out the fact that your views do not reflect the majority of Americans. Something you don't seem to want to understand. It's great that you have strong political opinions, however misguided I find them. What I accept and understand is that sometimes those in power HAVE to do things they don't even like to stay in power. That's never going to change. Most times they "know" more facts then we the people know and we really don't need to know. The truth is the next President has already been chosen by the Bilderberg Society on June 8th. We just have to wait until November to find out who it will be. Try being less idealistic and more realistic about Washington.

Yes, you did assume Obama was my candidate, and you can continue to stay in your bubble, but my views do, in fact, reflect what the majority of Americans believe. But, thank you for playing along. As always, I enjoy the hits.

In your June 3 post you state that you hope Obama wins it all. That is not an assumption on my part. I guess you don't believe words have meaning. Maybe the pot has killed your memory.

That made me laugh. Extrapolating who I would like to see win and making assumptions about my beliefs is typical with you. Everyone who knows me, including my regular readers, know where I stand politically. I have lambasted Obama since the day he became a senator, and I have even likened him to an Oprah black, so that pretty much blows your "she supports Obama because she made a positive post about him on June 3." I've been blogging for over three years now. You've obviously not read any of my scathing blog posts against Obama. You've never understood my political leanings because you have always just been a Republican political pawn without your own opinions. Very much out of touch, as usual, and on my blog, resorting to personal attacks to boot. How Republican of you. Consider this thread with you finished. When you can learn to post comments without personal attacks, your mind might actually be clear enough to benefit from my blog.

The weather in NJ today was great. Probably one of the 10 best of the year. I was able to spend most of today in the boat on the lake with friends waterskiing, tubing, and sunbathing. To finish the day we went to dinner via boat to a restaurant on the water. The place was packed. We wanted a table on the beach which meant we had to share with strangers. We were seated with 3 ladies who had just arrived. They just bought a new boat this week and were also enjoying a great day on the water. Turns out they are lesbians and are truly great people. I really enjoyed their company and we exchanged numbers and promised to stay in touch. That being said, I need to share something that absolutely stunned me. All 3 are John McCain supporters. They also told me that many of their friends plan on voting for McCain and more are converting on a regular basis. They said they just cannot vote for Obama. I never saw that coming. Talk about the perfect ending to a perfect day.
