This is interesting. This administration is pimping 100% of the time the Iraq is progressing meme. Take this new bit, directed toward the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), with talking points, no less, that repeats the Bush Mantra -- “President Bush has a clear strategy for victory in Iraq." No, seriously, you gotta read this. There no place tht this government won't insist on having its employees constantly push this meme.
