Visit Crooks and Liars. They're hosting a video of an English broadcast, one showing Colin Powell in February 2001 stating, categorically, that Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction, let alone the capability of producing them. It is followed up by a clip of Condi Rice in July 2001, stating that Hussein was well contained and not a threat.
