So, hostile takeover of L.A. Times. Not in ownership, but in running the ship. Apparently Jeffrey Johnson was ousted Friday, and the parent company, Chicago Tribune (say that over and over in order to get the sound of that right ... right) installed David Hiller in his place and stead. I don't bother with the L.A. Times as a readable paper. I do buy the Sunday paper for the coupons, though.
