We're Not Leaving, Ever

At a press conference today, President Bush said, “We’re not leaving [Iraq] so long as I’m the president. That would be a huge mistake.”

Remember when they told us it would be days, probably a few months, and the "liberation" of Iraq would be over with? Remember when they told us that Iraq's oil revenues would pay for this "liberation" and not American taxpayer money? Remember when they told us as the "Iraqis stand up, we'll stand down?"

Well, they're fucking liars. And, it's not about bringing any fucking democracy to Iraq. It's the oil, and it's the damn super bases we're building. So, at this point, all Bush can do is say "nah, nah, nah nah, nah, we're NOT leaving Iraq, EVER!" It's the truth, sad to say. Unless the Democrats take over congress is some fashion. Bush doesn't even try to lie any more. He just puts it in your face that it's his "party" and he's not going to leave if he doesn't want to.

Wahhh, wahhh, wahhh.
