I was never the John Lennon fan, but when he was murdered in 1980, I gravitated to his songs. George was undoubtedly the most talented musician, but it's a toss up as to who was the more prolific songwriter... John or Paul. I tended to give Paul more credit, until he tried to change the Lennon/McCartney songwriting credits to some songs. Yeah, McCartney/Lennon works for me... .NOT.
